I’m Tiffany Anderson, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, mother of two girls, and a Maryland transplant (go Terps!). Like many people, I’ve had to face my own childhood experiences and relational wounds in order to show up more intentionally—in my parenting, my relationships, and my life.
I specialize in working with couples and families who feel stuck in painful cycles, disconnection, or ongoing conflict. Together, we work to untangle patterns, heal old wounds, and build healthier ways of relating that create lasting change.
Therapy with me is warm, direct, and grounded in real-life experience. I don’t take sides—I help you understand each other, communicate more effectively, and move forward with clarity and intention.
