What if your relationship with your mom didn’t leave you drained or anxious?
You wake up without the familiar knot in your chest. When your mom texts, you pause instead of bracing. You respond honestly—without over-explaining or shutting down.
Stress still shows up, but you notice your triggers sooner, name what you’re feeling, and choose responses that protect your recovery and your peace. You trust yourself and your ability to stay present, set boundaries, and move forward.
Life after therapy isn’t perfect, but it’s steady. You can face your day with more clarity, more compassion, and a sense that you can handle what comes next. You don’t have to do it alone—support is available, and change is possible.

Let’s Heal Together
I’m Tiffany Anderson, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist -Associate, mother of two girls, and a Maryland transplant (go Terps!). Like many parents, I’ve had to face my own childhood traumas and painful experiences in order to raise my daughters with love, presence, and healthy boundaries.
I specialize in helping mothers, daughters, and families navigate challenging relationships, heal old wounds, and build healthier patterns that last a lifetime. Therapy with me is warm, practical, and rooted in real-life experience—because I’ve been there too.

Practical tools for navigating stress, triggers, and recovery
“Therapy didn’t fix everything—but it gave me the tools to finally trust myself and my relationships.”
My Approach
I take a relational, trauma-informed approach, blending practical tools with compassionate guidance. In our sessions, you’ll explore patterns that have shaped your life, practice healthier ways of relating, and create strategies for sustainable change.
Sessions are offered via secure telehealth. Therapy is a collaborative, judgment-free space where your voice matters.
I know how complicated mother–daughter relationships and family dynamics can be. I’ve walked the path myself—facing past wounds while learning how to raise my own daughters with intention, love, and boundaries.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you’re looking to heal old patterns, strengthen your family relationships, or find stability in recovery, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
